1. Who runs this site: Daniel Toume Llaneli. Privacy contact: Intercomerce_81corp@hotmail.com.
2. What this site does: it is a reading page. It has no forms, accounts or comments, uses no cookies of its own and no analytics of its own.
3. Hosting: this site is served with Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare acts as data processor and logs technical connection data (such as your IP address and browser) so the site works and stays secure. The legal basis for that logging is the legitimate interest in serving and protecting the site (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
4. How long data is kept: technical logs are kept only as long as needed to serve the site and keep it secure. The controller keeps no copies of his own; Cloudflare keeps them for a limited period under its own policy.
5. Transfers outside the EU: Cloudflare may also process this data in the United States. That processing is covered by its EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework certification and by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses in its data processing agreement.
6. Advertising: this site shows no ads yet. If Google AdSense ads are ever enabled, you will first see a notice to accept or reject advertising cookies, and this page will be updated to explain which cookies and data are used then.
7. Your rights: the GDPR gives you rights such as access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, each with its own conditions and limits. You can exercise them by writing to Intercomerce_81corp@hotmail.com; if a request concerns data held by Cloudflare as processor, it is passed on to Cloudflare under its contract. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
8. Changes: if this policy changes, the new version will be published on this same page with its date.
